The replaced ceiling looks better than new.

We have used Kensington Home Services several times over the last several years. The first job was a large one, replacing the sheetrock on the kitchen ceiling after water damage. The job was done on time and budget as quoted. However, more importantly, the work area was cleaned thoroughly after each day's work. The replaced ceiling looks better than new.

Kensington's team also repaired our front porch stairs and railings. I called them back another time to fix a storm door that was not closing properly. It turns out that the door jamb had settled and the door frame needed to be shimmed. It now works very smoothly.

Coordinating with Kensington Home Services was trouble free and the tech who came was great. Dean not only installed 4 drapery rod brackets as asked but shackled and painted the old holes, moved furniture back, really went above and beyond our expectations. He was knowledgable, professional and friendly. Will definitely use them again.

Very professional and meticulous and they left my home clean and organized daily.

I had to do a full bathroom renovation to repair a leak coming from the tub and creating a water mark in the basement ceiling. Bruce and his crew were the easiest people to work with. They gave me a lot of options to keep to a budget I could handle. I'm always weary when doing home construction but this team takes no short cuts. Bruce kept me updated every step of the way. Very professional and meticulous and they left my home clean and organized daily. Dean's tile work was absolutely beautiful! I'm definitely going to to hire them again.

Couldn't recommend them enough!

These guys are awesome! I needed to get my house ready for market. I knew some of what I needed to do but didnt have a complete idea. They came in and helped me figure it out. Built my bathroom from the ground up to be beautiful and then when on to fix just about anything I pointed out. From fixing a garage door, to putting in vents and fixing roofing to helping fix where I had messed up installing a laminate flooring, they did it all. Totally pulled my bacon out of the fire ! Top notch. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Always exceeds my expectations.

I’ve used the team from Kensington Home Services for my home renovations many times in the past 15 years and they always exceed my expectations. Two projects that come to mind right away are my 1st-floor bathroom, and the skylight they installed in my son's 2-floor bedroom. It’s been over 10 years since they installed the skylight and never once have I had a leak or had to do any maintenance to it. My 1st-floor bathroom still functions just as well today as it did over 7 years ago when they first built it. Never any leaks or plumbing issues just a recent painting touch up is all I’ve ever had to do.
I would definitely recommend Kensington to anyone looking for quality and reliable home reno work.

I utilized this service for the installation of several GFI outlets in my home. The team showed up at the time they committed to, completed the work in a professional clean manner. In addition, I found the price value to be very competitive.
